Delivery
Biruki always aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
For some international shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country depending on the duty and tax laws for that country. We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, product prices displayed are exclusive of all local taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

UAE Exchanges:
We want to ensure you are always satisfied with your Biruki purchase. As such, we allow for exchange up to 14 days after you receive your order. Please note that all returns must be sent back in original condition with the original packaging and sent via the designated courier in order to be accepted.
We will issue the new order within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
